Student Manuals

All students must have access to a provider manual before, during, and after the course. Instructors are not required to include the manual in the course fee, but doing so is strongly recommended. If a manual is not included, instructors must inform students that a provider manual is required and provide instructions on how to obtain one. Provider manuals may be either printed or in eBook format.

Where can you purchase? Students or instructors can purchased manuals in physical or eBook form directly via the American Heart Association at shopcpr.heart.org. 

Students can access the provider manual through the online portion of blended learning courses for HeartSaver and BLS. It is not required to purchase or provide manuals to blended learning students.
