Acknowledgement
By completing the registration process, I agree to the terms outlined below. I acknowledge that BLS Training Centers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. I also release BLS Training Centers from any legal responsibility for personal injury or property damage incurred while attending a course.
Registration Process
A course is not considered reserved until registration is completed through our online portal and full payment is received. Students who register via the American Heart Association website will be removed from the class roster until this process is completed.
Refunds
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
The request is made within 24 hours of the initial registration.
The request is made at least 24 hours before the course start time.
All refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee. Refunds apply only to course fees; costs for activated electronic products (e.g., online courses, eBooks) will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of who initiates the request. No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may reschedule to a future class date within 60 days of the original course, subject to the following conditions:
A $20 processing fee applies.
The request must be made more than 24 hours prior to the course start time.
For instructor-level courses, students must provide at least 7 days’ notice and pay a $100 processing fee.
No Call / No Show
Students who do not notify BLS Training Centers of a cancellation or rescheduling request prior to the course will be considered a “no call, no show.”
This includes students who arrive late without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in these cases—no exceptions.
Attendance Policy
Students should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled course start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the classroom and will forfeit their registration fee. To attend a future class, students will need to re-register and pay the full course fee.
eCards
Students who successfully complete an American Heart Students who successfully complete an American Heart Association course will receive an eCard corresponding to the discipline. eCards are typically issued the same business day but may take up to two full business days to process. Please ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delays in receiving your eCard.

Email is the primary method of communication for course-related updates. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and add @blstrainingcenters.com to your safe senders list. Students are responsible for checking their email regularly for important updates.

The American Heart Association has changed the name of the course to BLS Provider to accommodate students outside of the healthcare industry. BLS Provider, HeartCode BLS and the BLS Renewal course are all awarded the BLS Provider certification, which was the previous "BLS for the Healthcare Provider" and is required by most healthcare agencies.
The American Heart Association requires students to have access to the BLS Provider Manual before, during and after provider level courses. Your course fee includes the BLS Provider Manual eBook. The eBook is best viewed on a mobile phone or tablet using the "AHA eBook Reader" available on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. If a student fails to activate their eBook within 7 days of course completion, the eBook code will be revoked. Once revoked, students may request an new activation link for up to one year.
HeartCode BLS is a blended learning course. Students will complete an online session, followed by an in-person practice and evaluation. The BLS Provider course is the instructor-led course provided at our training location. Both courses are awarded the BLS Provider certification.
Students can register for a HeartCode BLS courses at https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls The HeartCode online course is administered by the American Heart Association.
Yes. Students must have a current and unexpired BLS Provider card through the American Heart Association prior to attending.
All courses will be located at 490 N Black Horse Pike, Suite D, in Williamstown, NJ, inside the Mellish Center. Additional information will also be provided in your confirmation email.
